However, if you prefer a cozy night in your rental, I highly recommend grabbing a bottle of wine and some sushi from DaVine Wines. Their impeccable selection of fresh fish and wines makes for a delightful dining experience, ensuring a taste of the best the island has to offer.
For a truly memorable day, I suggest hiring a captain and embarking on an adventure to explore the nearby Exumas or Eleuthera. Exotic Excursions comes highly recommended for their expertise in navigating the islands and taking you to hidden gems. For night owls seeking vibrant nightlife, Daddy D's and Gusty's are must-visit spots. Daddy D's is the local "club" on the island, promising a guaranteed good time. Meanwhile, Gusty's offers a unique experience with its sandy floors, allowing you to kick off your shoes, dance, enjoy a game of pool, all while sipping on a refreshing Kalik. Don't miss out on the fun of occasional shotskis!
During the day, my preferred way to unwind is strolling along the enchanting Pink Sands Beach and basking in the sun while engrossed in a good book. For a unique adventure, head to the horse stable and inquire with Marty about riding his horses. Marty will guide you along the beach, letting you experience the thrill of horseback riding in the sand and even through the ocean – truly an unforgettable experience.
