Refund policy

We hope you love your pieces from The Webb Swim. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returned with all tags attached
• Returned with the hygienic liner intact
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, or any signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges for the same style, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Store Credit

Eligible returns may be exchanged for store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase on The Webb Swim.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, promotional purchases, gift cards, and limited-edition styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at thewebbswim@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
